Loa-an’s still provides excellent service after 30+ year’s. This is a clean and comfortable salon offering a variety of services at competitive prices. OPI Baby Take a Vow was my choice of color and I was very pleased at the end of the service. Tina was my nail technician for the 2nd time.

I went for a mani and spa pedi with gel French tip polish. I was the only customer and I see why. The spa chair was broken, there was no massage or whirlpool. The gel polish was not smooth and had ridges after dry. I was so upset and had to pay the $98 anyway. I will never go back. One of my nails broke the next day after she didnt repair it right. This used to be my go to spot 7 years ago. Now it needs to be shut down as I have a fungal infection on my feet.

This is one of my favorite nail salons in the East Bay. They are very nice and they do a great job. I recommend making an appointment because they can get busy, but I have had some success just walking in. Last time I got a gel manicure here it did not chip AT ALL until my next appointment, which was about 5-6 weeks later!
