Alex and the group at Logos Automotive were competent, compassionate and with a very knowledgeable expertise in fixing my car. They didn’t try to overcharge me and provided me with excellent service! I highly recommend them! They were a Blessing to me and I thank God for them!

My 13yo highlander needed lots of small (but necessary) repairs. They explain everything in detail, provid pictures of the issues, and let us pick and choose from the list of high priority and low priority repairs that we want them to address. I love the personnel there and always go back, even for simple things like oil changes.

Great to find an honest, fast-response service company in Pearland. Communication was top notch, and prices were fair. I actually live in Katy, but one of our technicians is in Pearland and we needed local service quickly, as his truck stopped running. Logos accommodated us that morning and ran a diagnostic to determine it was the fuel pump control module, and possibly the fuel pump too (which they would only know after fixing the module). Upon fixing the module, they determined that the more expensive fuel pump did not need to be replaced. So very honest, and because I was a new customer, I did check their pricing with my local Katy shop, and he confirmed that the prices they were charging were fair. Will definitely be a returning customer.

If I could give zero stars I would I had my ac supposedly checked which it wasn’t they simply saw the ac belt had been thrown cause of my tensioner and pulley failing but charged me for a diagnostic then put in notes they would do the gauge test after I replaced the parts they quoted me 1700 for an ac belt tensioner and pulley as well as main belt tensioner and pulley and said it needed to be done immediately which is a fair assessment but not for 1700. I took it to a speciality shop that deals with high end corvette and performance builds cost me 550 with parts and labor for both I’d definitely stay away from this place who knows how many other people they have or have tried to fleece not knowing wat repairs should cost. After speaking to the owner I did get refunded and the money isn’t the issue it’s the dishonesty and price gouging that apparently is common practice at this shop

I called the shop after getting a mailer about an AC check and spoke with a gentleman named Alexis. He seriously could not have been nicer. I know absolutely nothing when it comes to cars, so I probably asked the same question a million different ways and he was so patient with me and answered every single one without ever making me feel like I was bothering him or asking a stupid question. I’m going to talk to my husband today and see about bringing our car in but I just wanted to say you guys need more people like Alexis answering the phones I know it can’t always be easy taking calls from those of us who have absolutely no idea what we’re talking about but he was so kind and patient through the whole conversation. Good job, Alexis!
