One shopper appreciated being able to try on a classic belt, compare sizing, and get help choosing from a sales associate described as friendly, professional, and helpful. Other reviewers praise attentive service, saying that staff made their visits feel smooth and enjoyable. These experiences suggest the store may be a good fit for people who value in-person guidance when selecting an item, checking how it fits, or browsing a wider range of products. Phoebe at Louis Vuitton in Las Vegas is truly the best SA ever. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable, going above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Her level of professionalism and care is unmatched. If you visit, ask for Phoebe, you won’t be disappointed.
Three level flagship Louis Vuitton store, impressive scale, unique pieces I’ve not seen elsewhere. Impeccable service, really a one-stop LV experience.
Purchased a simple but classic belt from here. I was able to try it on to see which size would best fit me. The sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly but professional and was able to help me choose which belt I wanted. I definitely will be coming back here to purchase if I’m ever in the area again.
Typically, our visits to Louis Vuitton involve a seamless purchase before we contentedly go on our way; even our experience at the brand’s historic flagship store in France was thoroughly pleasant. However, our recent encounter at this particular boutique was entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, a staff member stationed at the entrance abruptly informed us that we required a designated associate to escort us inside. She then proceeded to collect our personal information, which we provided without hesitation, expecting standard luxury service. Despite the showroom hosting a mere two other guests, she repeatedly instructed us to step backward until we were pushed entirely out of the boutique. We found ourselves relegated to the exterior entryway, which was cold and partitioned off with security ropes as if anticipating a massive crowd. Baffled by this bizarre handling and the utter lack of a hospitable greeting, we ultimately took our business next door to Fendi. There, the exceptionally welcoming staff joined us in sharing a laugh over the absurdity of the situation. I sincerely hope this hostile hospitality is an anomaly for Louis Vuitton, as they must do better.
My family came to this location to get a cologne for my nephew and they did not have it, when we asked if they could do a stock check for us at a different location, they told us no we do not do that here. That is simply ridiculous and unprofessional. The whole time it felt like we were a disturbance to them. I have come to this store a numerous amount of times and have always had stellar service, but the reps here were clearly in a bad mood and did want to help me and my family out. As a long time customer of I am extremely disappointed. We ended up walking to the Bellagio location and a sweet rep named Bernice help us out even more and treated us with kindness and care.
