I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this dental center was beyond frustrating — especially because of their receptionist and poor management. I won’t tell people where to go, but I can confidently say there are hundreds of better dental clinics out there. They called me to reschedule my very first appointment just 10 minutes before it, while I was already on my way. I adjusted my schedule and returned for the new appointment, only to be left waiting another 30 minutes. When I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, she responded with a rude tone and told me to “wait another 30 minutes.” No apology, no explanation — just pure attitude. I explained that I had taken time off work to be there and couldn’t keep waiting indefinitely. Her only response? “Would you like to cancel it?” — with zero empathy, as if my time and pain didn’t matter. I came in already in pain, left without being seen, and was treated with complete disregard. I won’t ever go back to this place — even if I lose every tooth I have. Terrible time management, shockingly rude receptionist, and based on what I’ve now seen in other reviews, this is not a one-off. Avoid this place if you value your time, health, or basic respect.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Morales is amazing! I’ve had a great experience at Lovett Dental thanks to her. She’s kind, patient, and always makes sure I understand what’s going on before starting any treatment. I really appreciate how gentle and professional she is. I used to be nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Morales completely changed that. Highly recommend!!

Its closed. Booked me for an appointment but is closed?

They confirmed an appointment for 8am, 10 minutes later still closed Update, the staff arrived late, 40 minutes later I had to leave. I found they did not display any respect for the patient's time, very unprofessional.

To be honest I wouldn't have giving this place a 1 Star, but that's the only way I was able to write a review. I was a new patient referred over from the Katy Mills location to the Katy Fwy location due to my insurance! Which was fine. When I first walked in the receptionist wasn't at the desk. A patient told me she was outside and be right back! I was like okay thank you. I stood up their maybe a minute and then this young girl, sorry I don't know her name walks in with additude, came to the front desk sat down and says are you Ms Houston, I was like yes. I'm thinking inside my head this already is not going to go well, because this receptionist has additude and I could feel the negative energy. So then she says you haven't filled out your paperwork? I was like yes I filled out my paperwork online already when I was scheduled to go to the Katy Mills location. I also let her know that when I spoke with the Katy Mills location office , I asked do I have to fill out more paperwork and they told me no. I asked are the affiliated, she said yes and it will show in the system your paperwork is their. I was like okay cool. So I'm telling the receptionist this, she like with additude well I don't see it and I'm going to resend it. So I sat down with my twin grandbabies in their wagon and started to fill the paperwork out again. I wasn't nothing but a couple of minutes in and she was like are you done? I'm like no. I proceeded to fill out, she's like let me know when your done. Then I was tending to my grandbabies, then she asked again was I finished. I told her it was spinning and saying processing. She was like well something must not be filled out. So she said she was gonna resend it to my email, do you have access to it. I was like yes by then I'm very frustrated. I start to fill it out again, there she goes rushing me again. I finished it, but I don't know why it was saying processing again, I'm thinking internet connection. So she was like well we want be able to do your cleaning, you're going to have to reschedule. I'm like reschedule, none of this is my fault because my paperwork was completed before I came here. I told her I was not going to reschedule and she doesn't have to worry about me coming back. I will find somewhere else to go. So I walked out so frustrated and couldn't believe how could they have someone at the front desk with additude and don't care. She could of called the other office to see about the paperwork. So this is how you do your new patients? Front desk staff should do better and should make a great experience with new patients and the ones that's been coming there as well. That's the first person someone will have contact with and to have a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE speaks volume. I wish I would have read the reviews first and as I read them I see how others had a bad experience with the receptionist with additude and being rude as well. So if you have more than 1, 2 or more customers speaking on how the receptionist was, then something needs to be done. I then called and spoke with the Katy Mills location to let them know what happened and I think her name was Jenny and she was so kind, apologizing trying to make it right in all. She called the Katy Fey location to see what happened. I just told her I'm sorry I'll just find someplace else to go and I appreciate her help. She was really nice. So thank you! I usually don't write reviews but this here was so upsetting. So here is my experience, smh❗️
