Lovett Dental Pasadena

This was my first time at this dental office, I have a severe case of dentophobia, and I needed a deep cleaning after being examined and had x rays. I can say the dentist was very professional and friendly, she did put me at ease, Ashley and Jessica were wonderful and did a great job making me as comfortable as they could. They were very kind and understanding, which meant alot to me. Every staff member in the office was so nice, I will definitely have Dr. Hoffman and her great staff as my dental team. Thank you so much for everything.

Ashley was my dental assistant and I had a great experience! I felt informed every step of the way. Cristina was super understanding with the paperwork. Great appointment overall. I have been coming here for years and even if they change my appointment times they always have availability during my best times.

Canceled our new patient appointments due to lack of communication between Pasadena’s receptionist “Christina/Cynthia” and the corporate scheduling/insurance department. Pasadena’s receptionist was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I had called during noon time to set up an appointment and gave them my insurance information. I called back late afternoon to the Pasadena location to verify if my appointment and insurance was entered into the system since I received a voicemail stating that they need my insurance again. “Christina/Cynthia” did not acknowledged the mishap and hung up on me midway during our conversation. Reported this complaint to the corporate office.

Visiting Lovett dental . I cannot express in words how wonderful that visit was I am not exaggerating when I say that the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hygienist was very patient and very knowledgeable as well. If that wasn't good enough the doctor was awesome she's got a great personality and was wonderful during treatment in fact I had so much fun I didn't want to leave I can't wait till the next visit if you're someone who's concerned about your dental care and you want some assistance with that you should go to lovett Dental in Pasadena they are great. Always a comfortable experience every time I go. The front desk, x ray assistant, hygienist Ashley, and Dr. Hoffman are great. Their dental work is super clean and optimal. I go out of my way to drive out to this location.
