I would like to say, I was greeted by the two ladies at the front desk soon as I walked in with big smiles. The X-ray tech was friendly and very gentle. The doctor was extremely gentle with cleaning and also filling a tooth. The office manager took her time to explained my treatment plan and give me my options. I will definitely be going back in 6 months. Great service EVERYONE!!!!

Upon our arrival, the office presented a clean and inviting environment, and the staff extended a warm welcome. I had the privilege of interacting with Dr. Mike, Leticia,Alex,Essence, and Sophie. During the visit, a discrepancy arose regarding the total service charge. The team efficiently collaborated with my insurance provider to verify coverage and also extended unexpected discounts to mitigate the service costs. Furthermore, the office was able to render all necessary services during that single visit. Overall, the staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge, provided clear explanations, and exhibited a caring demeanor throughout our visit. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I truly appreciated the care and patience she showed. I also really enjoyed our conversation it made the appointment feel much more personal and enjoyable. I was really pleased with my results! I received two crowns, and Joanna made sure they fit securely and comfortably. The teeth they worked on were very sensitive, but when I let Joanna know, she immediately had the dentist numb the area, which made a big difference. The dentist then carefully fitted the crowns and finalized everything perfectly. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and how they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
