This is a GREAT agency. So very customer service oriented. If I send an email and need a document, they have been there for me. When I have a question about my policy, they are quick to return email. Usually the same day! Our agent, Dave Vasquez gets 10 stars. They don't just sell insurance policies. They are there for you afterwards.
First off, I had never heard of an insurance broker and had been using AAA for my policies for years. After getting rear-ended on a freeway two years ago and having to call them for various follow-ups on my claim, I never spoke to the same person twice which made the whole process more frustrating, exhausting, and draining than it already was. A year ago, I was recommended to Ludwig & Fawcett and was connected with Molly. Molly has been absolutely fantastic, incredibly communicative, and she has the patience of a saint. As my insurance needs have grown, she has answered all of my many questions about different policies, limits, add-ons, etc. She goes above and beyond to find policies that work to meet my needs. I am an insurance novice and honestly, used to find insurance policies daunting and confusing but Molly is so gracious in explaining and answering (and re-answering) all of my questions. I feel so confident about her services and my new policies, it has been a huge relief. I cannot recommend Ludwig & Fawcett or Molly herself highly enough. If you're looking for new insurance policies or even an insurance broker, ask for Molly! She's absolutely the best.
Terrible at intakes and I'd avoid if you you have multi generational family. Time wasters in my opinion.
