Sign in to reviewHave been going here for years off and on and loved my previous experiences. Today I went in for a walk-in for 60min deep tissue. Some time into the massage she paused to tell me I would need 90min because some of my knots are so bad (she wasn’t wrong). After some time again she told me a man would come in and finish the massage. She sent him in and the quality of the massage substantially decreased. He used a lot of oil and the pressure was minimal. He opened the door often to talk to her and I was left mostly uncovered. When the massage was finished I looked at the time and realized I had then been there for two hours. When I came out, she told me she had given me an extra 20 more minutes? I didn’t ask for this. She proceeded to charge me for it and when I opted for 20% she told me no and asked me for 25% or higher. Overall not the place it used to be, which is disappointing.
Vivi was amazing. This place never never fails! Every single time I feel amazing, always the right spot if you need a quick fix or a long get away.
The massage was great, clean room, relaxing music. A little language barrier with the staffs but nothing technology couldn’t help. They have prices and service make very clear by poster and menu. Definitely come back!
