Hi, I wanted to share a recent experience my husband and I had during our massage appointment. We were asked to pay in cash, which we did. After the massage, we were discussing the tip amount, and while my husband was giving the tip, he happened to have some extra cash in his other hand. The massage therapist unexpectedly grabbed the additional money as well. Honestly, the experience made me feel very uncomfortable and insecure. A tip should always be a personal choice based on the service and satisfaction level. Grabbing money directly from someone’s hand felt rude and inappropriate, and it left us with a very negative impression. I felt uncomfortable the rest of the time because of how the situation was handled
