I recently brought my Ferrari 488 Spider in for service due to a check engine light, which I suspected was caused by a misfire. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was highly professional, transparent, and treated my vehicle with the utmost care and attention, as if it were their own. There were no delays or unexpected surprises just honest , straightforward service. I truly appreciate their integrity and professionalism, and I highly recommend this shop without hesitation. I will certainly be referring my friends and colleagues as well.

I brought my BMW to Luxor Automotive to have the A/C evaporator core replaced. It’s a big job, so I was naturally a little nervous, especially after another issue came up afterward. To their credit, they didn’t avoid the situation or make excuses. They took my concerns seriously, found the problem, and made it right. I especially want to thank Mr. Bob and Amin. They were always easy to reach, kept me updated throughout the process, and were honest about what was going on. I never felt like I was being ignored or pressured into anything. They took the time to explain things, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. The customer service was honestly what stood out the most. It’s not just about fixing the car, it’s about how you’re treated when something unexpected happens. They handled everything professionally and made sure I left with my A/C working the way it should. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. That’s hard to find these days. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back. If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, communicates well, and stands behind its work, I’d definitely recommend Luxor Automotive. If I could give 6 stars I would, this place is awesome. REALLY nice and honest people. I never ever service out of the dealership, and these guys service, efficiency, and professionalism have possibly made sure I never step into another dealer again to do a service. They serviced my Mercedes for half the price of what the dealer was charging and far better service. Can’t recommend them enough!
