Ly Jen Massage & Spa

Ly Jen Massage & Spa is a massage spa at 121 N 11th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It offers a place to pause, relax, and focus on how your body feels, whether you are looking for relief for a tense neck and back or simply want time set aside for a full-body massage. Customer feedback describes a welcoming, friendly experience, with reviewers mentioning kind service and staff who helped them feel comfortable. The business has a 4.3-star rating based on 84 reviews, giving local visitors a useful snapshot of other customers’ experiences while recognizing that massage preferences and individual visits can differ.

Reviews mention several massage options and styles. One customer particularly recommends Sunny’s deep tissue massage for the neck and back, while another describes a one-hour full-body massage with Michelle as deeply relaxing. A reviewer also appreciated being able to request which parts of the body to focus on and noted that the therapist used strong hands. These comments may help you decide whether to ask about a more targeted session or a broader full-body appointment. A couple’s massage is mentioned as an option in one review, though that customer’s experience was mixed, so it is worth confirming current availability and discussing what you are looking for before booking.

The atmosphere comes across in reviews as that of a small, approachable massage place where personal service matters. Customers have highlighted a warm welcome, considerate treatment, and a thoughtful handmade gift at the end of one visit. Experiences are not identical: one reviewer found a couples massage only okay, while others praised their individual sessions. That range is useful context when choosing a spa. If pressure, focus areas, or comfort preferences matter to you, sharing them clearly with the therapist can help set expectations for your visit. The sample feedback also notes that credit cards are accepted and that a price menu was displayed, but it is sensible to confirm current prices and payment details directly.

Ly Jen Massage & Spa is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., according to the listed hours. Its central Philadelphia address makes it an option for people already in the city who want to schedule a massage during the day or later in the evening. It may suit visitors seeking deep tissue work, a one-hour full-body massage, or an appointment focused on selected areas, as well as couples interested in asking about a shared session. For the best fit, contact the spa to confirm services, pricing, and availability, then let the therapist know your preferences. The reviews point to friendly service and several satisfying visits, alongside the reminder that the right massage is personal.
