Reviews name agents Dayhna and Jaheim Aiken and offer specific examples of the experience clients have valued. One reviewer describes Dayhna as thoughtful and patient with their expectations, while also being professional when raising concerns and helping prioritize needs and wants. That combination can matter when a client appreciates an agent who listens but is also willing to offer perspective. Other reviewers praise Jaheim for professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, reliability, and support throughout the process. These accounts suggest an approach that customers have experienced as both personable and attentive, rather than focused only on completing a transaction.

For people searching for a Philadelphia real estate agency, LYL Realty Group may be worth considering when clear communication, responsive guidance, and help weighing property needs are important. Reviewers mention working with Jaheim on properties and referrals, and describe his efforts to help them find a place suited to their needs. Such feedback is relevant to people who want an agent to understand what matters to them and help them navigate choices. The reviews do not specify particular property types, neighborhoods served, pricing, or a complete list of services, so prospective clients should confirm those details directly with the group before making plans.

The overall public rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 38 reviews, with positive reports alongside a negative account concerning a security deposit and a delayed repair to a hole in a living-room floor. That critical review also says the customer contacted Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections. Since experiences differ, anyone considering a rental or property arrangement should ask about responsibilities, repair procedures, deposits, and written terms in advance. LYL Realty Group’s Germantown Avenue location and weekday hours offer a local point of contact; a direct conversation can help determine whether its services and working style fit your needs. As with any real estate decision, review the details carefully and get important agreements in writing.
