Sign in to reviewI rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair. Not only did the job take significantly longer than promised, but I was also charged more than the original estimate—with no explanation or prior approval. Worse, the problem I came in for wasn’t even fixed properly. I had to take my car elsewhere, where they quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. I cannot recommend this shop and will not be returning.
My brother’s car was at this shop for over a week just to replace two cooling fans and fix an electrical issue with the front lights. After all that time, the shop told us the repair didn’t work and claimed they now needed to check the car’s computer. The owner seemed unsure of what he was doing, and when I asked for clarification, he said they needed to keep the car for another week—with no guarantee they could fix it. We were also asked to pay a $200 deposit just to inspect the computer. When I expressed my concerns about how the situation was being handled, the owner rudely told me to leave the shop and even threw away the old fans without our permission. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
My 2003 Accord AC was not cooling and since the regular mechanic was away that weekend , found the nearest mechanic was MM with good reviews . Went in and requested if he can diagnose and fix the AC issue for my accord . About 45 minutes later after checking my car he charged $60 only cash diagnostic fees which I was fine with. And Mike’s recommendation was to fix AC was to replace compressor and he would charge $750, when I asked Mike what makes him think compressor is bad ...he mentioned he has 15 years experience Next weekday I go to my regular mechanic. In 30 mins he fixed the relay fuse and put in some freon and I was all set with the AC
I buy one car (Toyota corolla) with him, he said car is completely fine and just after 2 days i found big issue related to air leakage. It took me $400 extra to spent. Hope it will go fine in future
