Very friendly and honest shop. As a woman, it's hard to find a shop that's not trying to screw me over. I called and made an appointment to bring in my car for freon. As soon as I dropped it off they were quick to start working on it. They even ran a diagnostic test because my check engine and battery light is on. Even though it's something they don't repair, he did give me advise. Which I appreciate. I will be coming back for services they offer. Definitely recommend!!

I absolutely love this place. As soon as I walked in, I was attended by Hue, and his amazing energy!!! I had bought this truck from someone else and they recognized it right away. I was impressed by their great attention to detail. I came for an oil change, and as I sat inside waiting for 40 mins, I was able to sit back and watch them run this business with other customers. I absolutely loved their HUSTLE, HONESTY and CONNECTION to their customers!!!! A customer even came in because a sensor light came on, and instead of trying to take advantage of them, they were honest about the simple solution of getting a new fuel cap, and refused to charge them for that. Their honesty was refreshing! Many of their jobs include a warranty for an extended amount of time. And they sure had a lot of customers in that small amount of time. I live an hour from this location but I think I'll return for more work that I need done!!! They were super friendly, honest, fair with their prices and warranties. Definitely coming back. I recently moved to Arlington from the East Coast. So I am building all of my go-to, trustworthy services list again. I read MP’s reviews online and decided to give them a go. I’m so glad that I did! I can express my gratitude enough. I was a walk in and did not call ahead. Therefore, I completely understood if they couldn’t fix my car that day. One look at my rusting, metal on metal, no screws, falling off the car brakes & they were like,”oh, no, we have to do this today.” They emphasized that they are all about safety & my car was not safe. (No exaggeration. It was really bad.) They were so kind & communicated with me throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was being swindled or taken advantage of like I am at some other shops. I stayed while my car was being serviced so additionally, I got to see HOW they treated other guests. Everyone was met with the same kindness & care & seemed just as amazed by it as me. It was really heartwarming to see. Needless to say, I have found my go-to, trusted auto care service in Arlington.

Amazing work done by the shop. I cannot give enough praise to their clarity and transparency great group of guys. They saved me hundreds of dollars with their opinion, looking forward to working with them in the future. Oh and they gave me a discount without even asking, truly outstanding and professional

Oh my goodness this place is amazing. Our starter went out and they had our Armada ready to go in a day. They are a blessing. Very reasonable price, excellent customer service. They kept me informed every step of the way. Very honest and from now on I will not be going any place else.
