Sign in to reviewWow! What a great experience. I was reading the other reviews and was surprised to hear the negative reviews, that really was the total opposite of my experience! I came to shop for a closing gift for my clients that bought a beach house. Not only did they help me put together the PERFECT tote with beach items inside, look how incredibly adorable they made it look! Will definitely be shopping here for all of my presents. They have great themed items, like Mahjong sets, Christian notepads and journals, Brighton jewelry, as well as baby section and seasonal items. Will definitely be back! I've already told so many people about this gem!
Just wanting to share a God wink moment at Magpies… we had a father and son come in looking for a gift for MOM who RANG the BELL!!! Congrats…🩷🩷🩷 They shared their story w several of the Magpies staff!!! We helped them pick out a couple of gifts to make the day extra special!!! They returned a few minutes later to share with us what they did with a vase they bought… which was filled with flowers!!! A beautiful frame was bought to put a picture of the three of them in!!! What a beautiful story and family!!! Hope to meet MOM soon!!! God bless this family🙏🙏🙏and I thank God for being a part of Magpies and the amazing sisters!!! 🩷🩷🩷
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The associate checking me out was visibly annoyed that I had my two children with me. While I understand boutiques may prefer a quieter environment, the level of attitude and lack of basic courtesy was shocking. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated experience. Customers are quickly profiled, and if you don’t fit their idea of a “preferred” shopper, you’re ignored, rushed, or made to feel like you don’t belong. Customer service should never be reserved only for the customers you assume can afford it. I felt judged and unwelcome, and because of this, I will not be returning, recommending, or supporting this business in the future.
This was my first time shopping at Magpies. I've passed by this store several times but decided to stop by because they had a sidewalk sale. My daughter and I found a few cute things. When I took my clothes to the register to check out the cashier put my clothes in a used kroger grocery bag and said we're putting all of our sale items in a grocery bag. I was appalled. Will not shop here again.
This is thee BEST place for a man to shop for the special women in his family! Whether I have an idea of what she wants or not a clue, the staff here are professional patient and know just what I need for my loved ones! Their staff makes ALL the difference❣️
