Dr. Mai and her team have been taking care of my family for many years! I've been going for 16 years, and I never once had a bad experience. Everybody there is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mai herself is attentive and will make sure you're comfortable throughout a procedure. I can't thank them enough for the care they give!

Dr. Mai and her entire staff are the best. My husband and I have been going with Dr. Mai for almost 25 years. Our daughter has been a patient since she was 2 years old (that was 14 years ago). All procedures and needed treatment plans are explained in detail. Highly recommended for the whole family.

Dr. Mai is very talented. She takes her time with every patient and it never feels like she’s rushing to get things done. She takes time to explain the procedure and the reason behind it using images when it’s your first time having the procedure done. She is very kind, caring, and understanding. Her work is flawless and detailed. In this office, if you’re needing a referral they will go out of their way to schedule an appointment for you at the other office for your convenience and take care of all of your paper work/insurance issues. All you need to do is show up to your appointment. Truly amazing doctor and overall environment.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mai and her practice. When I first came to her, I was dealing with 6 or 7 cavities and a lifelong phobia of going to the dentist. My past experiences had always left me anxious, uninformed, and in pain. From the very first visit, Dr. Mai completely changed that for me. She is not only incredibly skilled but also compassionate and attentive. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, and she personally calls to check on me after each appointment, a level of care that is truly rare. Thanks to her, I no longer dread dental visits and actually look forward to keeping up with my appointments. The atmosphere of the office is refreshing and welcoming. Her husband, who is also a doctor ( Mr. Dr Mai ), helps at the front desk, and together they create such a positive, down-to-earth vibe. Walking into their office feels more like visiting friends than going to a clinic. Dr. Mai has given me confidence, comfort, and trust in dental care again. I am so grateful to have found her, and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a dentist who truly cares about her patients.
