Such a waste of time. This office is a joke now. Severely understaffed to the point that it’s affecting patient care. Wait times are crazy, the phone is never answered now and medication refills are a hassle. It wouldn’t be shocking to find out that they are losing patients or will be in the future. I’ve been here many times in the past and each time, they are always changing out staff or losing staff. The girls are always so nice, but you see them once or twice and then they’re gone. Back then, we used to be able to be seen once every 6 months, just as needed. Then now, it’s every 2 weeks and it feels like they are forcing us to come in or else there are consequences. People have jobs and careers they have to attend to. Feels like an insurance or money pull. Changed my provider and will not be back.

Office staff was very helpful and efficient, the wait was very short and they got my insurance processed very quickly. Dr. Minh Mai is a very professional and attentive doctor. I highly recommend to anyone looking for their PCP to come here. The care I've received so far is the best in Houston.

I switched my parent’s primary doctor as of today. Honestly, I wished I didn’t have to but this clinic is so difficult to work with, specifically the doctors and management. The staff are always extremely helpful, patient, and kind. But for the 10th within the past 6 months, my appointments keep on getting rescheduled (not by me). At first, I love having my parents see doctor Mai but he was always rescheduling. I would schedule him for this day and his schedule changed so he wouldnt be available and it got changed consistently. My parents are old. Think about how this affects their health. The office constantly has us scheduling appointments every other week or every month with the reasoning being “it’s their health, it needs priority” and I respect that. But when it comes to the doctors constantly pushing their appointments, who would be to blame, if god forbid, something happens to their health. I change to see others in the clinic and have my parents see someone else. Still, the same issue. Family emergencies here, a doctor being sick there. I get that life happens but when it becomes twice a month that my parent’s appointment is being pushed, it really is unacceptable. I just leave this here, and hope someone reads this and something changes. I am so sad to leave to find another office. This one had so many familiar faces that always treated us with the utmost level of respect. VERY disappointing.

The office has crazy working hours, doctors and front staff should learn how to accept and apologize to patients, forcing patients to wait 2-3 hours while having an appointment scheduled in advance. This doctor's office seems like a scam, and will charge a $30 fine if seniors or older people don't come in for a checkup on time. I hope that after reading this review, the doctor's will seriously change or have a staff training course. Please DO NOT come to this office if you don’t want to wait all day or pay fine

Love this place so much! Everything is done in the office so it’s so convenient. Everyone is really nice and helpful and my Dr & Nurse are so attentive and informative. I feel comfortable voicing my concerns which is so important to me. Highly recommend this place!
