Mallorca Salon Studios & Suites

I have been to this establishment a few times to get a haircut & have tried two of their salon technicians & both times they had me looking very good. Unlike the majority of other $20 haircut places that prioritize getting people in & out with mediocre haircuts, this place takes its time & make sure you leave looking great. While it does cost more than other places, it’s well worth the wait & money. They even offer haircut services for children & men, which is awesome. Plus, they give you a one on one appointment that feels exclusive and stress free. I will definitely be returning! 💇‍♂️ 💯

Natalie has the patience of a saint! She is definitely a miracle worker!!! Every time I’ve gone she listens to what my wishes and concerns are. With her amazing and talented artistic mind of hers, she guides me with a good explanation of what she is going to do. She is forthcoming with her costs but more importantly she makes sure I am comfortable with her plan and costs. Aside from that, Natalie is a compassionate and caring person who started off as a stylist and has turned into a friend. I am truly blessed to have found her and trust her with all my hair care needs.

I went to Cult Studio with Abcedy last month. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I went in hoping for a calico-style color after discussing and showing reference photos, but the final result did not match what was agreed on. Instead, my hair turned out looking like brassy highlights that were far from what I wanted. I paid over $400 for this appointment and felt the pricing was not clearly reflected in the service provided. I also felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled afterward. I did reach out the next day to try and get it corrected, and we initially agreed on a fix, but I ultimately chose not to return because I no longer felt comfortable or confident going back. I did not want further damage done to my hair, since it is now super dry and brittle. The only part I was satisfied with was the haircut. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very clear about expectations and pricing before booking color services here. A partial refund was requested, but as expected they “don’t do refunds” , so just keep that in mind. I hope this helps
