Mam Mam

The chicken and rice dish was quite good. It's sweet, and also a little salty due to the sauce. It came with quite a lot of yellow rice, but I'm personally fine with it. At the surface, it seems like such a simple dish. Rice, boiled chicken, and sauce, but the flavor definitely tells a difference story. The fish sauce wings were exceptional. Extremely crispy, flavorful and the heavy cilantro flavor tops it all off so well. It was even crispy an hour after it was served, easily one of my top places to grab a quick bite

Mam Mam Foods is super delicious! The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and, best of all, reasonably priced. If you’re visiting Austin, be sure to give them a try—you won’t be disappointed! Love the foods, the atmosphere is trendy ..

There are some excellent chefs at Mam Mam! I got a special that they were selling only on the weekend. So delicious, flavorful, and expertly cooked! 😊😊

Fun and creative menu with fresh and flavorful offerings (that feel quite authentic) but the chicken fat rice — which is supposed to be their best seller — was underwhelming. The chicken felt exceptionally low quality (dry/watery similar to canned chicken) and the rice wasn’t all that impressive or flavorful. I’d give this spot another shot, but won’t be hurrying back to try. Price point ~$18-20 after tip.

Brilliant! Food is completely crave-able. Limited menu is both practical coming out of this small kitchen concept as well as smart for making a quick choice in ordering. It’s comfort food that’s SUPER fresh, clean and satisfying. (At the time of this review) It’s tucked back inside the building at Springdale General and once your order for take-away is up, you can make your way out to the public spots for a seat to tuck in. My 3-star on Atmosphere is NOT a knock on the restaurant, or the fantastic team running it. They deserve a bigger kitchen and dining space to show off the culinary talent. I think the hospitality they showed us upon ordering and enjoying their food for the first time deserves 5-stars and we hated to have to leave for a table that made more sense. Our order: Chicken & Rice, Pork belly on Noodles. We look forward to their one day announcement of a place where they can branch out. Until then, their food is so worth finding them again and again!
