The ice cream, crepes, and waffles are all quite good, and I really enjoyed the variety of desserts they offer. However, I was a bit disappointed that the waffle was served on a thin, disposable paper plate. I think it would look much more appealing and professional if they served it on a nicer, proper plate. Also, the tables and the surrounding area were a bit messy. I hope they can keep up with cleaning more frequently. Overall, the food is great, but a little more attention to presentation and cleanliness would make a huge difference."I

One of the worst coffee shop experiences I’ve had. My coffee was only half a cup, and the staff member taking my order was extremely inattentive. They spoke so quietly that I could hardly understand them and seemed like they didn’t want to interact with customers. The service was cold and disappointing. Definitely won’t be returning.
Had high hopes, because I loved T-Swirl in westchase (very similar crepes). But this place was just alright…crepes were served cold and low flavor and texture. But at least they use good ingredients for the filling.
