Today, my additional blessings occurred when I went to Massage Envy at Toco Hills for the first time( actually my very first massage anywhere)! I was so impressed by Halie, my Massage Therapist. She is definitely yet another positive impact/ support person in my life! Halie touched my life in a figurative as well as in a literal sense, by providing a most therapeutic massage, as well as connecting with me in a totally humanitarian way. Moreover, she treated me as a valued patient, with an upbeat personality and demeanor, and as a total individual. She is simply awesome on steroids!! I am also grateful to Camille, the manager who initially wowed me and also represents the very best of Massage Envy. Camille also exudes much positive energy, with her winning personality! And Modjeska is another team leader who greeted me initially and welcomed me to my new extended family! They- Halie, Camille, and Modjeska, really made my day and my initial Massage Envy experience, a most positive one. Many kudos to them!!

My first visit with Willie was unfortunately the worst massage experience I have ever had. When I shared my concerns, the manager was extremely understanding and asked if I would be willing to give the practice another chance with a different therapist. I agreed and returned the following week for a session with Dan—and I'm so glad I did. Quite honestly, it was one of the best massages I have ever received. I've now been back four more times, and each session has been even better than the last. Had the manager not encouraged me to return, I would have missed out on experiencing Dan's exceptional professionalism, skill, and knowledge. He takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and consistently addresses each issue with a level of expertise that is truly rare. His attention to detail and commitment to his clients are remarkable. Thank you to the manager for caring enough to make things right, and a special thank you to Dan for providing such outstanding care. He has earned a loyal client.
