Staff very friendly, Polite, welcoming. My facial lady Ella, very knowledgeable and Experience in skin treatment. She explains in detail before carrying out any treatment. Very gentle, polite and listen to your input.

Nick gives the BEST massages I have EVER had!! Nick is extremely professional, knowledgeable about human anatomy, he has gifted hands, and his attention to detail is impeccable! At the end of my appointment, Nick instructs me on stretches to loosen up my shoulders and upper back which are my problem areas. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with Nick!

Edited review: This location cares about it's customers enough to ensure that each experience is positive. I came in a few weeks ago and had a less than ideal experience due to breakdown in communication. The office staff took my concerns seriously and listened to my feedback. The manager helped to rectify the situation and my next experience was entirely positive. Thank you for truly caring about customer service when that doesn't appear to be as common as it once was!

I come to this location every now and then, I have a subscription, and tbh I have felt better and like my knots aren't affecting my life nearly as much. They have many great employees here and I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I've had massages by 3 diff people so far and at this point I don't mind who does it, they are all well trained. Sometimes I do feel it's a bit expensive however, I've yet to try other locations to compare.

I had a gift certificate to go here when I called to schedule they said there was no record and talked like I was in the wrong, took over 10 minutes to find it on the information I provided from the start. I asked if I could upgrade from a 60 to 90 min and pay the difference they said that would not be an issue. When I got there they did not have the 90 minute listed for me. They asked if I've ever gotten massaged before and I have at a location across the street from them. The front desk person started to talk bad about that place as they do back walking as part of the massage. Even as competitors you shoundt bad talk them to a client I got on the table and about 30 minutes in the massage therapist said they needed to use the ladies room. They did not stop my time while they were out of the room. While massaging me it seemed like she spent more time adjusting the table settings than working on me. Really took me out of the relaxing mood to hear a table being shifted up and down. Was only on the table for 70 of the 90 minutes worked on for about 60 of that with the bathroom break. Happy I didnt have to pay full price but not worth coming back.
