Sign in to reviewKyle was phenomenal. Go with Kyle if you need a deep tissue massage. He gives them really well. He was communicative and gave exactly what I wanted. Went above and beyond giving me recommendations after. Had Eric for firm Swedish massage and I almost fell asleep! Haha he was fantastic. I have tried a few different people and these two are the best. Only issue is the location does not always have services that are advertised like the anti aging eye treatment, rapid tension relief, and I believe there was one more from my memory. Overall, not a big deal. I love the membership and service. I hope they give a list of coupons or any other deal for my second year of membership!
The service at this place is horrible. I have been a member of massage envy for almost 15 years. I have never been to a facility where I had such poor service. This company is a great company, but the individual that I dealt with that massage envy was horrible off of beltline Road. My appointment time was changed three times, and then they couldn't find me when I arrived at the correct time. They then said the therapist was no longer available, and they would charge me even though it was mistake. I asked if they would please take responsibility, and they would not. Then, I was told that they are going to charge me for the day, even though they were the ones that made a mistake on several occasions today. Truly, a horrible experience.
Dirty disgusting place. They reuse sheets and the place smells moldy. Had to tell them to change the sheets that had stains. The massage therapist cleaned my body with a dirty towel while massaging me and place the same towel with oil on my face. It broke my face out so bad and I'm still trying to recover from it. Avoid this place at all cost
My boyfriend went in for his first massage today and had such a HORRIBLE experience, Jamillya was his therapist and to me if your having a bad day just stay at home. She was not having a good day and was on the phone in the hallway crying and cursing which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then I heard her say where is he at he needs to come on talking about my boyfriend however she told him to stay in the room while she got him water and just never returned. I will be looking for a new location due to this horrible experience.
Victoria is amazing. I can confidently say it was the best massage I have ever had.
