Highly recommend this Massage Envy location, and Jasmine. Care was taken to create the relaxing environment, including interior design and background music. Warmed massage table. Clean linens. They ask you to identify areas of focus on a iPad graphic app at check in, and these are respected. Jasmine has a healing touch, pressure was light to medium, graceful movements. Everything I needed. Will be back!

Nathan was amazing! He massaged every part of my body correctly. It was not to rough but just right and he kept asking how was it feeling. I have neuropathy in my feet so they feel half way numb all the time so Nathan massaged my feet. I was really leary at first. I didnt want my feet to bring cramps but Nathsn did me proud so If you want a good pair of hands, I suggest Nathan, he's wonderful! Thanks you so much. I shall be back because I signed myself up. Gotta do me at least once a month.

Took a drive down to Spokane and back over the weekend,and i felt like i really needed a relaxation session. Natalie deserves more than 5 star rating! She did a fantastic job and i can't wait to come back. Simply the BEST!

I had an amazing experience with Natalie! She was able to help relieve the sciatic pain that had been bothering me for quite some time. Before seeing her, I could barely bend my knees or hips without being in pain. She took the time to do a thorough assessment and treatment it felt like a full 360° “mommy makeover” for my body! Natalie is truly a hidden gem. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail made a huge difference. I walked out of there completely pain-free and feeling better than I have in a long time. With my Hawaii trip just a couple of days away, I was worried about traveling in pain, but now I’m ready to go and enjoy every moment! Thank you, Natalie, for helping me feel like myself again. Front desk was absolutely amazing. Friendly and courteous the entire time. Overall cleanliness of entire place was fantastic. For those I would give 5 stars. My massage however didnt match up. I booked a relaxation massage and im not sure how to classify the massage I received. The entire massage overall felt very rushed and not at all relaxing. The pressure was perfect the entire time, just didnt feel relaxing because of how fast the masseuse moved during and between movements. I also paid for a 90 minute massage, appointment for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45, got into the room at 2:05, massage started at about 2:10 and she finished at 3:20. Paying for a 90 minute relaxation massage and receiving what felt like someone trying to use my back to speed up the clock for only 70 minutes is upsetting. My first ever experience at Massage Envy makes me not want to try them again unfortunately. I had high hopes due to all the amazing reviews and was definitely disappointed with what I received.
