Massage Heights Towne Lake

I had an amazing experience with my massage therapist, Hanh V! I came to this location last minute after going somewhere else before, and I’m so glad I did because this was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She really knows what she’s doing—she was able to find every tight spot and work through it with so much care and precision. I’ve never had a therapist be so in tune with exactly what my body needed. She took her time, didn’t rush at all, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know!

Horrible is the only way to describe my experience. My wife bought me a 90-minute massage as a gift. I rarely get massages, so I was excited. Not only was Osvaldo on his phone about 1/3 of the time and using only one hand for most of it, …

My husband and I made an appointment. As we received a gift card. Upon arrival 20 minutes early. We tried to find a parking spot. After 15 minutes of driving around with no success in find a spot. I called the office to inform them. The lady told me to try parking in a different parking lot. I explained even those were full. And to park any further than that would be difficult as my husband is handicapped. She then told that they would still charge my card the $79. So now we have no massage. A charge on our bank account for $79. And a gift card for a massage. What a waste. Think you are going to have a relaxing day. And it turns into this. We are very sad. And also very discouraged about how businesses interact with their customers in these day and times.
