Massage Inn

So I decided to try this place based on the reviews, when I called to make an appointment I requested Julie as the other reviews suggested but the lady taking my call didn't seem to understand and spoke very little English. I booked anyway in hopes that it would turn out ok. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. She seemed like she didn't want to be there, phone rang three times during the massage, and she answered all three times. Phone in one hand and massaging with the other. Her phone kept dinging throughout the massage. This should be a relaxing experience not feel like I'm cutting in on your personal time. When it came to the hot stones, she was dropping them on the table right next to my ear, VERY LOUD by the way. When she was done with them she placed the plastic bin right next to my ear and again dropped them in, was in no way shape or form quiet about it. Massage-wise it didn't feel like she had a valid technique, she wouldn't move from one body part to another and then another. She would keep coming back to the same spot over and over, as if she ran out of exercises to do. Also, usually what a masseuse does to one side of they body they do to the other as well, not the case here. She would do one thing to my left leg and then wouldn't do it to the right leg, this happened a few times throughout the massage. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I've had many great experiences here in the past, so I hate leaving this review, but the last two times I went, I got the same person. I forget her name exactly, but it might be Lisa or something. If you get her, please ask for someone else. She doesn't know how to massage and likely wasn't trained. She doesn't ask for where you need attention, doesn't ask for pressure levels, and just does the exact same motion over and over. I try to come here once a month, but because I got her the last two times, now I'm nervous about going. It's disappointing because this place has been great until now.

Julie did an amazing job! I hadn't had a massage in a few months, and went to massage inn. I love that there is a shower available for a little extra. It's really nice to have when you need to stop by after work. They are very respectful, the store is clean, and my back feels great! I'll be back soon.

Exceptional service. The pressure was perfect. Was leaving for a long flight the next day. Will repeat when I return for recovery from the long flight home.

I was here last Monday for my birthday, hoping to get a nice relaxing massage, but this was honestly probably the worst massage I’ve ever received and it’s annoying because I pay for myself and I pay for my sister so lady that did my massage isn’t very good and then she had the nerve to ask me or basically forced me to give a tip I was very upset. You shouldn’t be asking clients for a tip, especially after providing mediocre service. I don’t think I’ll return to this location ever again.
