I brought my 2008 Miata to the shop after it had been in an accident. I also had some maintenance done at the same time. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Ford and his team on the collision side carefully repaired my car and made it look brand new. Donnie and his team on the maintenance side gave me really trustworthy advice and they did a great job as well. I know I can trust these guys, and it is such a relief to have found a high-quality shop like this. Even better that they are in my backyard! Thanks again guys and I will definitely use you exclusively!! Best shop in Houston!

Just got my car back and I’m impressed! I had a minor accident and some paint scratched down to the metal and the plastic trim that also was damaged. They fixed everything and marched the paint perfectly! It’s like it never even happened. The price was comparable to other businesses in the area and the service was great. The turnaround time was pretty quick to me and the service advisors made sure to give me updates on the vehicle regularly.

I backed into a pole at a gas station as much as I can figure during a bad storm with thunder and lightning I never felt anything or I got hit in a parking lot but regardless I had damage I went and spoke with the estermator named Jesse he took my car the same day and even provided me with a loaner vehicle my SUV was taken care of by him and you body shop and within days all the work was done and everything looks great I'm not from around here I'm from Massachusetts and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work you all did !! I would highly recommend your business to anyone I see !! Thank you again

This review is long overdue! I became a customer about three years ago when I first moved to Houston, and Master Car Care has been my go-to ever since. My visits usually consist of regular oil changes and maintenance. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the waiting area is always clean and stocked with snacks, and their complementary ride-share service for longer visits is a lifesaver. What really sets them apart, though, is how they treat you like family when things go wrong. Once, my dashboard said "replace battery." I mistakenly thought it meant my key fob and got stuck at home, but instead of making me call a tow truck, someone from the shop actually came out to my apartment complex to jump-start my car. Even more incredible: my car was hit by someone with Tesla Insurance, and Ford from the shop advocated on my behalf for over a month. You wouldn't believe the endless back-and-forth he went through dealing with them. Things wouldn't have gotten moving at all without his expert advice to file a formal complaint with the State of Texas. Whether it has been replacing a tire or, most recently, a splash shield, Ford's response has always consistently been, "I'll take care of you." They have earned a customer for life! Highly recommend this shop on Yale Street.

I would recommend Master Car Care & Collision to anyone! Hands down I’ve had the best experience with them every time I’ve gone in for service or repair. I drive a 2018 Subaru forester with over 75,000 miles so naturally it’s needing more tlc these days. My last experience with Master Care on Yale St in Houston was amazing and pain free. Joe caught some issues and was able to get me in and out in one day. He was super helpful and accommodating. The services are always at a fair price and I know I can trust them in taking good care of my car. If you go here you won’t regret it. It’s the only shop I’ll go to worry free.
