Matcha Republic X Little Cafes 抹茶共和國 (Inside 99 Ranch Market)

We tried the matcha latte and the Vietnamese coffee. They were both amazing! The matcha was very smooth and not too sweet. The coffee was great and not too bitter. They have tons of options for sweeteners and add ins if you wanted.

I’ve loved coming to Coconut Paradise since it opened, I got their strawberry matcha before it was even on the menu! The drinks from here taste good, but the standard coconut milk is now an upcharge? I don’t mind that, but the cups have so much ice, you can’t put your straw in easily :( not really worth 8+ dollars. The service is also poor. It was fine the first few times since I understood they are a new business, but the manager getting mad at me when he messed up my order was kind of annoying. Tried to tell me the seasonal special advertised all over the tvs did not exist.

First time trying the Little Cafes sakura rose matcha latte with vanilla flavor and it was absolutely delicious! Along with their cheesecake! I did not have to adjust any sweetness in my matcha. I will definitely come here again!

I swung by the other day to see what all the buzz was about—plus, I’ve been totally obsessed with matcha all summer long! Let me just say, it was amazing! I went for the Sakura Rose Matcha latte, and the barista described it as a light rose flavor with hints of strawberry and other berries—fruity, a little sweet, and super refreshing. The best part? It had cute little rose petals sprinkled on top! After treating myself, I did a little shopping at @99ranchmarket. Seriously, this place is a treasure trove of every Asian snack and goodie you can dream of. Definitely a must-visit!

Got the affagatto matcha latte float and the coffee matcha latte. Even with a line, there was not a long wait. Presentation is adorable and sweetener station if you need a little extra sweetness. Certainly can’t wait to come back and try more!
