Matties Coffee Company

First time here. The staff member who served us was friendly and quick with our drink order, which I appreciate. The lattes and tea are really good. Husband got a sandwich and he enjoyed it, it did take a while to make, but I suppose it’s not fast food! The metal chairs are terribly uncomfortable inside the building, and depending on the fabric of your clothes, you’ll slide right off your seat - at least on the tall chairs. The tall chairs don’t have much back support but the short ones do. The chairs are also pretty small, which isn’t an issue for many, but if you’re bigger bodied it might add to the discomfort aspect. They play classical music inside, which I enjoyed. We ended up moving outside to enjoy the weather and I noted the outside chairs were far more comfortable. There is a shop here as well, but it’s heavily Christian and spiritual literature and trinkets, which if that floats your boat you’ll like it. The bathroom was actually so bizarre. That might be my biggest complaint. Ambience is nice, low lights, but the sink is so far separated from the wall, soap dispenser, and paper towels, so I had to walk to the soap while washing my hands. I don’t know if that’s something that can be fixed. Apparently it’s the same way in the men’s room. I love that they sell artwork right in the cafe. Overall, the indoor space could use some improvements to make the space more comfortable for those dining in, but very stellar food and drink if you just wanna get something to go.

Matties Coffee Company is one of those little hidden treasures that you always hope to find! With it's upscale relaxing vibe, you walk into a well lit open space with tables and chairs for dining, relaxing, or visiting. There are gorgeous paintings on the walls for sale and a puzzle table for added fun. Matties roasts their own coffee, so it doesn't get any fresher than that. The food is fresh and wonderful and she makes the best muffins I've ever eaten. There are teas, matcha, lattes, and so many more that are all handcrafted and made while you wait. There's a boutique area in the back with a collection of beautiful unique books and journals, lots of memorable gifts, smell good items galore, and so much more. It's truly a place you'll never forget. Just way too good to keep a secret! ❤️

Best cafe I have ever been to in my life. I’ve travelled all over the world and the ambiance, Service, drinks and food is impeccable. All the way down to the music is an overall authentic, “feel good” atmosphere. The owner is absolutely wonderful and runs an incredibly unique and delightful establishment. I will continue going back and encourage others to do so as well. The MATCHA is amazing!! Avocado toast 10/10!!

Maddie's Coffee Company has quickly become one of my favorite places in Oklahoma City. Sylvia and her entire staff are some of the sweetest, most welcoming people you'll meet. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family instead …

The hot white mocha latte was perfect. Was very smooth. The roast is perfect unlike a lot of places that over-roasts their beans and the drink tastes burnt. The chocolate muffin was delicious. Not overly sweet and so moist. The 2 iced drinks my niece and nephew got was excellent. They lived it. The atmosphere is so nice and a great vibe. Will come back next time I’m in OKC.
