Highly recommend Mavilo. My partner loved Mavilo already and I picked her up a necklace and earrings from here before. They know her preferred style and give me good recommendations that have always been a hit. When it came time for the engagement ring we knew where we'd get it from. Kim was an absolute delight to work with and she brought in Mark to help design the ring for us. Their guidance made the process so easy and stress free. There was never any pressure. They took the time to educate me on diamonds, and their transparency and large selection of diamonds gave me a peace of mind with the choice. The ring came out amazing, looks great on my partner's hand, and we get so many compliments about it.

Sarah at Mavilo is the absolute best!! We actually went to a family friend in Chicago, and had a horrid experience. We went to Sarah and she took so much time with us at our appointment and did not make us feel dumb with any of the questions my fiancé asked (if you know girls, you know haha) nor did we feel pressured at the appointment at all. She autonomously asked me all the questions so I wouldn’t lean one way or the other, and we created my PERFECT engagement ring.
