It’s my first time in here and I can’t say enough about how great I’m feeling.. the team is amazing the place is very clean and Sunny is so very experienced ( she make me feel like I want this massage every week) thank you! This is going to be my to go place!

I give this three stars because my first three trips to this business were positive but things changed. The last two trips have been awful!!! This last time, I made an appointment online and arrived for my appointment. The lady at the front desk first told me I didn’t have an appointment and she would not help me. Then I showed her the text message and the confirmation I received. Then she told me that in order to have a real appointment I needed to call the business. I asked well then why do you have an online booking service if ONLY the phones calls are legit???? Then she told me my massage would be $70 and I had to leave a $30 tip. I told her I had no issue with the price but that I was NOT leaving a $30 TIP, which was a 43% tip when she was had just spent 10 minutes denying my appointment. She told me that I had to go the $80 massage. I only agreed to keep the appointment because I had neck pain and wanted immediate relief. I agreed but wanted someone other than her to do the service. She was rude and didn’t want me as a customer. This was the second time I tried to get an appointment and was told no by them. My actual massage therapist was nice-professional and fixed my pain. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE PURELY BECAUSE OF THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IN November 22 at 7pm! I’m a good customer! I arrive on time, always TIP and get massages on a regular basis. I was NOT treated like they even cared about me or wanted my business!!

Yuyu provided a great massage. She has tremendous experience and they were able to accommodate 3 of us with less than 1 hour notice. Very friendly and accommodating. Very reasonably priced. Great value for the experience and very respectful. Will certainly be back when in town next.

I can’t say enough on how pleased I am with the quick response from the owner after my request for a massage. He was able to fit me in with my lack of having an appointment. I am from out of town and this by far is the best massage ever. Candy did an excellent job and the pressure was perfect. Cheers to both the owner and Candy! I will be back to visit .. Yesterday, my wife and I had a massage. The Max Relax Spa was recommended to us by friends who have been there several times and were always pleased. After trying it, we have to agree. It is a bit far away for us, but the experience was very much worth the drive. The store is clean and pleasant, the massage technique expert and relaxing. Thank you! We both look forward to the next time.
