Meet Fresh | Fremont is a dessert shop in Fremont, CA, located at 43337 Boscell Rd Ste p9-c, that fits the moment when you want something cold, chewy, and sweet after a meal or during a casual hangout. The menu is known among visitors for Asian-style dessert bowls and drinks, with options that can satisfy both shaved-ice cravings and boba runs. For local searchers looking for dessert in Fremont, it is a practical stop for groups who want variety in one place rather than a single scoop or pastry.
Dessert choices mentioned by customers include the icy taro ball signature, signature black sugar boba, mochi milk shaved ice, mochi shaved ice with half sugar, and large mango/strawberry shaved ice with boba, mini Q, and fruit sorbet. Reviewers also call out waffles and drinks as solid picks. If you enjoy texture, the appeal here is the mix: soft shaved ice, chewy toppings, fruit flavors, milkiness, and adjustable sweetness that lets you keep a dessert lighter when you prefer.
The atmosphere is often described as comfortable, with an ambience that works for lingering over dessert instead of rushing out. At the same time, Meet Fresh | Fremont has mixed feedback on operations: some guests praise hospitable staff, while others mention slow service, a busy setting, or a self-service kiosk that can take time to navigate. That context matters if you are planning a quick stop; it may be best to leave extra time, especially when the shop is crowded.
This Fremont dessert shop is a good fit for boba fans, shaved-ice lovers, and anyone who likes to customize sweetness or share a large bowl with another person. It can also work for a low-pressure meet-up after dinner, a weekend treat, or a drink-and-dessert break while running errands near Boscell Road. Prices may feel on the higher side to some customers, so choosing a shareable dessert or sticking with a favorite like black sugar boba can make the visit feel more focused.
With a 3.7 rating from 499 reviews, Meet Fresh | Fremont comes across as a place with clear strengths and practical tradeoffs. The strongest reasons to visit are the broad dessert menu, chewy toppings, shaved ice combinations, waffles, drinks, and relaxed seating vibe. Hours are not listed, so checking before you go is wise. For the best experience, arrive with patience for the kiosk and service pace, then choose the dessert style you already know you like or ask for simple adjustments, such as half sugar or condensed milk on the side, when available.

Sign in to reviewI visited Meet Fresh in Fremont on May 30, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dessert experiences I’ve had. First, the ordering process was unnecessarily complicated. I spent more than 10 minutes trying to figure out how to place my order using the self-service kiosk, and then waited another 10+ minutes to receive my food. When I finally got my hot tofu pudding, I was shocked. What I received was not tofu pudding at all—it looked more like a bowl of tofu soup. The texture was extremely watery and nothing like the smooth, delicate tofu pudding that customers would normally expect. I immediately spoke to the staff and tried several times to explain my concern. Unfortunately, they either did not understand what I was saying or simply chose not to respond. Nobody asked what was wrong, offered an explanation, apologized, or suggested replacing the item. I felt completely ignored. I ended up paying nearly $12 for a dessert that was inedible and left feeling frustrated that I had wasted my time, money, and energy. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that Meet Fresh used to be a very popular dessert shop. In the past, the food quality and service were much better. While the prices have always been on the higher side, this recent visit showed a significant decline in both product quality and customer service. The long wait time is one issue, but the biggest problem is the apparent lack of staff training. A dessert shop specializing in tofu pudding should know what a proper bowl of tofu pudding is supposed to look and taste like. Equally important, staff should know how to respond when a customer raises a legitimate concern. I sincerely hope the owner will retrain the staff, improve quality control, and place greater emphasis on customer satisfaction. Running a dessert business in the Bay Area can be very profitable, but success should come with responsibility, professionalism, and respect for customers. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning unless significant improvements are made.
Ordered 3 different kinds - icy taro ball signature, signature black sugar boba and mochi milk - of shaved ice. Even at 1/2 sugar, our hands down favorite was the black sugar boba. The other two was just ok. I rarely comment on service but here, it was unusually slow and idk why the people working the counter seem harassed when there were not many people.
I like the ambience and there are plenty of options for drinks and dessert cravings. We tried mochi shaved ice with 1/2 sugar. . We liked it.
Hadn't had Meet Fresh in awhile. Two of us shared: large shaved ice mango/strawberry $16.25 boba $1 mini q $1.25 Free fruit sorbet scoop included. I had to ask staff in person to have the condensed milk on the side since the kiosk doesn't give you that option. Tasted ok. On the pricier end. Super busy for a Saturday evening. Seating inside and outside. Easy parking in the plaza.
Great place! The waffles are really delicious, and the drinks are good too. Highly recommend. The staff are the sweetest ever, shout out to Una, Diego, and Lukas! They were very hospitable and accommodating.
