I have previously left a good review for Sophia and her business but I thought it very necessary to come back. The beauty of time is you have a more accurate picture. There have been several issues. I would not recommend her because over time it’s not a good situation.

I recently had one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The space was clean, quiet, and immediately helped me relax. The therapist was professional and took the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort before starting. I really appreciated that they listened carefully and adjusted the pressure based on what I needed. The massage itself was incredible. Every movement felt intentional and helped release the tightness in my shoulders and lower back. I walked in feeling stressed and sore, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. It was the perfect balance of therapeutic and relaxing. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this massage to anyone needing stress relief or muscle recovery. I am already looking forward to booking my next appointment.

Wow! Ohmigosh! Meet Wellness is incredible. Sophia was extremely skilled and professional. You can tell that she’s not just massaging you, she’s well informed about muscles, anatomy, stretching, and pressure points. She dug in and stretched my muscles to get rid of all of my knots. I am on cloud 9. I feel like jello. She did a fantastic job catering the massage to what my body needed. She used a wide variety of techniques and I’m so very impressed! Prices are very reasonable! This is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had! Every session feels like the perfect mix of relaxation and true therapeutic work. She tailors the massage exactly to what you need—whether that’s very deep tissue (my favorite!) or something lighter and more relaxing like my husband prefers. On top of that, she includes all the pampering touches you could ever want, making the whole experience feel luxurious and restorative. The location is also great and easy to get to. If you’re looking to treat yourself, I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I recently had a 70-minute massage and body scrub, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the start, everything felt very thoughtful and intentional. The therapist paid close attention to detail — making sure I was comfortable, adjusting pressure perfectly, and taking the time to really focus on the areas that needed it most.
