I had an amazing experience at this car center. I stopped by because I needed help checking and updating my tire pressure, and the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Jesse, the manager, coordinated everything and made sure I was taken care of quickly. They checked the tire pressure, adjusted it properly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What really stood out to me was that they did it all for free. When I asked about paying, they said, “Air is free, you’re breathing it, right?” That kind of honesty, humor, kindness, and customer care is rare these days. Thank you to Jesse and the team for treating a small request with so much respect and care. I would definitely recommend this place! And

Jesse was great and did a good job explaining the issue with my car to me! Turns out the issue I had with the car was normal. Jesse told me just how to fix it myself in layman’s terms and didn’t charge me for the inspection. I’m confident driving around knowing my car is safe!

Well when I first came in we had to reschedule the appointment and that wasn't a problem but I remember asking what their labor rate was and the gentleman told me it depended on what they were doing to my car. The next day when I returned for the reschedule appointment I don't ever remember speaking with him over the phone and yet he said that there was someone that was calling that was saying really bad things about him sexual things about him and he didn't come out directly say it was me. But he showed me that it was coming from my phone number and so on and so forth. So pretty much. Yeah I felt like wow you're saying that this is something that I was doing. At that time I was weary about what he was going to do on my car. I was there for an AC system check. I was told that my AC compressor was not working that they had put Freon in it but they were going to take it back out and he then quoted me a price of $2,200 to replace an AC compressor. Maybe that's the going rate but I thought that was absolutely 100% ridiculous. I want home found an ordered AC compressor for less than $200 and I'll be doing it myself before I give somebody $2,200 to do that. But all I could say is if this is what they charge. I can never bring my car for any type of service there and if you would have given me a reasonable price the first time I would let him do it and allow him to fix some other things on my car. But not with prices like this. $2,200 AC compressor 😲😲🙄🙄🙄🙄👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
