Hard to explain but it feels like you are entering your own sacred space when you walk into their world. Elena was my therapist - I have had many over the past 35 years - she is among the very best. She expertly did a restorative massage. Her touch was very healing, deep as I like it, confident - she found blocks I hadn’t realized were there and patiently massage them away. There were multiple applications of hot, moist towels… it was very, very good. I am a visitor from out of state; if/when I return to San Diego, I will return to Mellow Massage.
Amazing massage experience! Dan was incredible. I used to get massages very regularly to help with stresses and aches from snowboarding while living in CO but hadn’t found my ideal massage therapist in San Diego until now! The vibe of the space was lovely and tranquil. Dan asked if I had any pain or focus areas and made it a point to work on those during the time. The massage was relaxing while also incredibly healing and loosened the tight muscles. I will definitely be returning in the future! 10/10 :)
Wonderful couples massage. sara and sally are amazing. very relaxing and calm. facility was clean and nice. ambience was tranquil. parking on the other hand could be a little rough.
Great first experience at Mellow Massage! Booking was easy - loved being able to pick the staff specifically based on their descriptions/expertise. The location was great - well organized and very relaxing. Sara was amazing! Exactly what I needed - bodywork/sports recovery focused. Sara tailored the massage to my needs and left me feeling great. Will be returning to her soon!
I brought a couple of my favorite ladies with me for a massage as a Christmas present. We are not from the area, so I randomly picked Mellow Massage. I'm so glad I did!! We each enjoyed our experience. Upon entrance the vibe is calm and serene. The massage therapists were friendly and attentive to our needs. We all walked away feeling refreshed and relaxed! If I lived in the area, I would most definitely return!
