Sign in to reviewMy wife had a wonderful prenatal massage experience here. The environment was very quiet, relaxing, and professional from start to finish. Sabrina was incredibly personable and made me feel safe and comfortable getting a massage at 8 months pregnant, which I really appreciated. She was very attentive and clearly mindful of pregnancy precautions. While I personally would have loved a little more pressure, I completely understand her hesitancy given how far along I am. Overall it was a very calming and positive experience, and I left feeling relaxed and cared for. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a prenatal massage.
Mellow Massage was great! The convenience of booking online was easy. Check in was done via text and a QR code when you arrived. I booked an 80 minute massage with Lloyd. He was very professional with his massage and it truly was a deep tissue massage! The location was very clean as well, with a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely book here again if I was in town long enough!
I decided to give this place a try for my first prenatal massage. I wasn’t disappointed! When you walk in it’s very quiet and calm. Sally, the woman that took care of me was very soft spoken and explained how we would go about navigating my positions to avoid stress on my baby and to keep me comfortable. She was very sweet and professional throughout, unlike a lot of places I have been. At the end she asked if I wanted any help getting up which was even sweeter! Overall 10/10. I will return with my husband.
We were desperately in need of stretch combined with deep tissue work. La Jolla location was in the neighborhood. OMG! The technician was 5 Star. Muscles that needed attention got the work. Stretching while the treatment area released years of built up tension. Yes! We will add Mellow to our monthly health and wellbeing lifestyle.
