The service experience includes more than the cut itself. Reviews describe a welcoming team, attentive and professional staff, and a relaxing shampoo from Anna. Customers also mention strong teamwork and feeling comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrived. For people who feel unsure about a new salon, or who appreciate being able to talk through their hair type and desired result, this kind of communication can make an appointment feel more considered. The reported experiences are individual customer accounts, so your visit and results may vary.

Planning ahead may be helpful: one customer said they booked about a week in advance through Instagram. Another shared that the salon accommodated a last-minute visit, showing that availability can vary. One reviewer reported paying under $100 including tip for a haircut, but that is a single customer’s experience, not a quoted or guaranteed price.
