We've been with many Nursing companies over the years. MGA is definitely in a class all their own. They do a fantastic job. And we are so happy with them. Is everything perfect all the time? No. But what makes MGA stand out is their commitment to doing the right thing. Not the easiest thing, not the quickest thing, but always doing The right thing. When a Company is committed to doing the right thing by these kids and have high standards for who they hire to care for them good things are going to come from it. Great things. We have a kiddo with complex, medical issues. I knew we needed help, but I didn't know exactly what Jeffery needed until MGA sent Melinda into our home. She came to us with years of PICU experience after working in the hospital scene for many years she needed a change. She was tired of patient in patient out and repeat. She was tired of the bureaucracy of working in the hospital and of the administration, always focusing on bottom line instead of the kids. She had a calling to be a nurse. She wanted to know if she was making a difference in someone's life and see her work make a difference. She wanted to help people. She is making a difference in this kids's life. And because of her lifelong education experience and devotion to caring for others her entire life she is everything our Jeffery needed and so much more. I will be forever grateful to MGA and Nurse Melinda.

I am a mom of an awesome set of identical twins who do require nursing. MGA has been a tremendous support system. The boys each have a RN with MGA, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Melissa and Marisol are great nurses to my boys and fit so well in our home. Brittany the senior client service manager and Dee Dee the clinical case manager have been with us since the start of our journey into nursing. Having their support at any turn that may fall upon our feet, is so reassuring. These ladies are ready to ride it out with us, we are extremely grateful. We have also had the opportunity to meet Carissa a clinical case manager and Elaine the Director of clinical services. And each one had guided and supported us throughout. We are currently provided physical therapy services with MGA. Tiffany Pena is an admirable physical therapist who has made it a point to provide the best care and knowledge. We are extremely grateful to all within the MGA agency for the services provided. It is not easy being a parent to medically fragile children, but with the support of a great agency things don’t have to be too difficult. Thank you again to everyone who has helped us throughout our time with you guys.

MGA goes over and beyond the needs required by families. We were one of their 1st clients and we got amazing care and dedication now we are apart of 100’s of families but still get the same care and dedication. Moving over to MGA has been one of the best decisions I have made since our accident that left Sophia needing nursing care. Brittney and her staff are amazing with communication, love, commitment and passion for their patients. I love that we have built a great relationship where I feel very comfortable expressing all my needs for Sophia. Brittney and her staff is always a phone call away. Dee Dee is always there to answer any medical questions we have. Sometimes as a parent you just need that person to walk things through to make sure everything is ok and Dee Dee is there when we need her. Thank you so much for having a wonderful team to take care of Sophia’s and her needs.

My daughter has always needed a nurse but I just couldn’t come to terms with someone taken care of my medically fragile child until I decided to try Mga they made it easy for me to feel confident with having someone watch my daughter while I’m gone. Having a nurse with excellent medical knowledge A friendly demeanor, and the patience to take on a overprotective parent head on and do there job with professionalism is outstanding here at Mga. if your like me and you could use the help but are afraid to let someone in try Mga I promise it will be the best decision you will make

My son has been using services at MGA for almost 4 years now, and they are nothing short of amazing. He currently requires at home Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy as well as Private Duty Nursing, so even though we have had to occasionally use other companies due to availability in our area, MGA’s people are always my son’s favorite. I am beyond grateful to the MGA team, especially Brittany, Dee Dee, and Melissa, because they are constantly doing everything they can to make sure my little one is getting the top quality care he needs. The immediate action they both have taken on the rare occasions when an issue arises just goes to show how much they value you once you become a lucky member of the MGA family! He loves them so much that he was giving their front door “kisses” the last time we visited! 😊
