I rented a home from Irma Garcia on 216 Georgian Rd about a year ago, pre -pandemic. My lease was up on 9/1 an I had planned to move. Due to COVID she had gotten backed up on some of the things that should have been taken care of so she decides to extend my contract but I hadn’t agreed to stay. I had moved out by 9/10 after she served me with a 3 day notice to vacate due to not willingly extending my lease. Shortly after I was served with an eviction notice, even after she knew she has already leased to sold the home to someone else. Due to this the courts dismissed the eviction in court. Fast forward to now, I just received a $506 gas bill because she is still using gas in my name at that address. I am trying to contact her but having a hard time doing so. I will take legal action if I have to. I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent from her. She is very invasive when it comes to your privacy an by far the worst landlord I have ever had dealings with. She is sweet in the beginning but will soon show her true colors . Please save yourself the hassle.

Warning... Mi Casa Realty owner Irma Garcia is not a serious seller. I say this because even though Irma Garcia has been in the real estate business for over 10 years and understands that a appraisal value can return less, she will not continue the contract leaving the buyer out of their fees. In My experience dealing with Irma Garcia, she had over priced her home on 151Chateau Dr. and it was found out by the appraiser that my lenders sent. She went as far as asking my realtor to go with a different financial company. I tried talking with her and explaining how I felt that she was screwing me in this deal. She tried to explain to me that some square footage was not included. I have looked at the appraiser's papers and seen that homes that had bigger square footage in the area sold for less, so I don't know what she is talking about. All I know is that all evidence pointed to a broker/seller (Irma Garcia) trying to get over on a buy (me). My realtor told me that she had originally posted the home for $220,000, but the home appraised for $170,000. Who is the cheat here? Beware when dealing with the company Mi Casa Realty and owner Irma Garcia..
