I had the best experience at Mia Bella. From the time I stepped through the door and greeted by King. Honey when I say King is exactly that. King made me feel at home and my hair let me say this, if King not doing your hair I don't know what to tell you. That mirror don't tell no lies. I felt like Beyonce!! Book with King you will not be disappointed.

I received my custom glueless wig about 3 weeks ago and honestly I am not happy with the experience or the quality of the product I received at all. I booked a consultation and provided details and a video on exactly what I was looking for and was told it could be done. I was measured for the wig, picked out the hair and the length and was told it would be ready in a few days. Readiness of the wig was pushed back due to delay in the hair being ready. I came to pick up my wig. I specifically asked during the appointment and twice by text message (see attached) to have my wig cut while it was on my head. I asked for face framing layers and normally when you get face framing layers, the hair is cut to frame your face. When I arrived they ignored my messages, although I was told it would be cut on my head, as the person who made my wig was already styling it. I was left waiting about an hour for everything to be ready. Come time to try on my wig, the lace was extremely orange and so were the roots. I was immediately not happy. I felt like I was rushed with the wig being put on my head I didn’t even get to look at the hair. I left and looked at the hair at home to realize what the wig really looked like under the cap. There was also no strap or clips installed, and I was not given the option to even have them added. I texted the owner and sent her photos, she told me to bring the wig back and they would fix it. I drove back and dropped the wig off and the next day was back to pick it up. When I came back the wig was still yellow at the roots and under the cap. It was over bleached. Another woman who was the owner took at look at the hair and agreed to fix it for me. She went away with the wig. After nearly an hour of waiting, she came back. I have no idea what was done. I assumed she had to make a whole new wig. The roots and the cap were fixed. To be fair the woman who fixed the wig for me was extremely nice. I went home, ready for my vacation. I put the wig on my mannequin head. The wig to me seemed very lumpy and not flat in the back. I examined the back of the wig and the tracks were very poorly sewn on, they were not flat at all, causing them to not lay flat. Additionally there was a huge space between the middle part of my head and where the part of the hair began. The tracks that go around the side of the head are also not even and don’t even go side to side, and meet at the temples. I actually took apart an older wig, took off a track and sewed it to the back of the top part of the head to cover the huge space. Otherwise, if I parted my head in the back you would see the lace from the cap. I also had to take another track from my old wig and sew it onto the side of the wig to cover the space showing. I really wanted to love my wig but they didn’t style or cut the hair as I requested, the tracks are uneven and in no way flat in any of the rows on the back of my head making it lumpy, there are tons of return hairs on the top, and it was just extremely poorly made and seems like this was rushed. I should have never have to fix this myself as someone who doesn’t even make wigs. How poorly this was made, makes me want to try and make my own wig next time.

Tremecia was an amazing stylist ! She is very professional , on time , and great with communication. She styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. She did an amazing wash and conditioning treatment on my hair. Gave me lots of helpful tips to maintain my style. Boosted me with compliments and confidence !

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My stylist, Drea(Andrea) , was incredible so sweet, attentive, and detail-oriented. She really took her time with my hair, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and genuinely valued my input. Her professionalism stood out, and I especially appreciated that a wash was included in the service. Overall, a 10/10 experience I’ll definitely be back ☺️

I made a last minute appointment for a traditional install with raw bundles included. Dayrian was my stylist. She washed my hair, blow dried it and gave me the flattest traditional install. She gave me a consultation before hand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. She was such a vibe! Every stylist in the salon had a great attitude. I will definitely be returning to this salon!
