Sign in to reviewThis is the best office I’ve been to the front office staff along with the dental staff are great. Dr. Michelsen way of doing procedures and explaining treatment are the best. Don’t hold off on making that appointment you will be in good hands.
I am the BIGGEST BABY when it comes to having dental work done-even to just having a cleaning! So when Dr. Michelsen told me a year ago that my upper wisdom tooth had a cavity I was stressed. I didn’t go back for a year because I was scared to have it extracted. The cavity got bigger and needed to have the tooth removed . Dr. Michelsen was so kind and calmly talked me through the procedure that I didn’t even know that she was done! She is an amazing dentist and I am so, so grateful for her understanding and her expertise! She has an excellent staff that is caring like her! I will never go to any other dentist! Dr. Michelsen is the best!
I had a great experience at Dr. Michelsen’s dental office. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They really take the time to educate you throughout the entire process, and I appreciated that they never rush — you can tell they truly care about their patients. William was the one who took my X-rays and helped get my visit started. He was very nice, patient, and informative, which made me feel comfortable right away. Veronica at the front desk was also wonderful, always smiling and very helpful with scheduling my next appointment. I also want to thank Gabby for staying later to check my gum and helping set up my next cleaning as early as possible. She went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her effort. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received. Dr. Michelsen and the entire team make going to the dentist a positive experience. Highly recommend!
As great as a dental visit can get. I’ve been putting off seeing a dentist for far too long due to fear of seeing a dentist. All of the staff were great at making me feel comfortable and less anxiety. Viviann did a great job and very gentle hand with cleaning. Dr. Michelsen, Tatyana and Jessica all had amazing bedside manners and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I think I will be able to keep up with oral health maintenance here. Space is clean and cozy. Soft background music makes it less scary to be at the dental office. I appreciated all of it being an anxious patient.
I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Michelsen!! Immediately upon walking in she was kind, calm, and attentive. You can tell she leads with both compassion and integrity, not only toward her patients, but toward her team as well. She creates the kind of environment that reflects a truly good heart, and that says so much about who she is as a doctor and person. The dental community needs more people like her!
