She gave me a call to remind us that our monthly Earthquake insurance was due (which is not an ach automatic pmt) so must be attended to manually. She was able to change this insurance over to a yearly bill. The last time we spoke, earlier this year, per my request, she researched the detailed breakdown of what our homeowners policy covers. It required going room by room with measurements and room details, at her prompts, to give an accurate assessment. I appreciate Charlotte's helpful, and knowledgeable customer service!
