Ming's Auto Service

Great experience from start to finish. The team was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly before working on my car. Repair was done faster than expected and the vehicle runs perfect now. Pricing was great and there were no surprise charges. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable auto work. Also front staff (Frank) was Friendly, respectful, and focused on making sure I was informed and taken care of throughout the entire process. People who are giving this shop a bad rep are people who want to be in the door in 4 and out in 7 and want to bring their own parts and know nothing about cars Mind you this is a very busy street. This is fantastic auto repair shop!

It's always a pleasure coming to this fine establishment. No matter what type of car issues I may have encounter My mechanics at Mings auto shop finds and fixes the problem. Yes sometimes the problem may take a while, trust and believe they …

I’ve been coming to this mechanic shop for decades, which makes this review very disappointing to write. Over the past few months, the prices have gone through the roof. Every other mechanic I checked with quoted significantly less for the same work. Before doing anything here, ask for a quote first and compare it elsewhere you’ll quickly understand what I mean. What’s even worse is that the atmosphere has completely changed. The service advisor at the counter has become rude and dismissive, customer service feels cold and greedy, and even the owner no longer treats loyal customers with the same respect as before. This place is not what it used to be. I never thought I would say this after so many years, but I can no longer recommend coming here. Don’t fall for the old reputation. I’m warning people because I wish someone had warned me. Sadly, this business seems to be going downhill fast. 🚨 I do not recommend this place. 🚨

Let me start by saying this gem of a shop located In Doraville is amazing l. I found this place bc I drive by it occasionally to and from work. I stop one day for an oil change and this place has been my home for my truck repair oil changes alignment you name it they can fix it. I also wanna give a big shoutout to Frank the guy behind the desk, he’s so knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I need to get done he even went out his way to call and send me text and pics of updates on my truck. All in all I give this place a solid 10/10.

This shop is AMAZING! I love that they are honest and precise when it comes to fixing my car and diagnosing the issue. I would definitely be back and will recommend.
