HORRIBLE DOCTOR. Dad experiencing sign of weakness. Waited an hour for a 2 minutes visit. They did not even take vital signs and told me he just need physical therapy. It’s not normal for someone to lose mobility overnight. I decided to take him to Kaiser Permanente where he is not a member. He got a full work-up and it was a stroke.
I think everyone there is so sweet and nice! There is a language barrier but they try and are very sweet about it. I was surprised to see such negative reviews. I deal with rude people all the time for my career and these people are very kind. Also, they always have cool food or videos of markets in Asia. So fun to watch while you wait.
This is a walk in clinic. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Make sure you get the NPI number from your doctor before you go bc once you get there, your wait time will take forever until they get that information. They told me wait time will be 45 mins when I arrived but they realized they needed that additional information from my clinic and it took half an hr just making the necessary phone calls. I get it. And when I asked for the wait time again, the lady up front snapped and said it's 45 mins. AGAIN!
The doctor is so terrible. My mother in law has a heart and kidney problems, But the doctor checked and said everything is ok. My mother in law now passed away because heart and kidney failed. Please never go to this doctor.
