Great for kides! The store had such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I loved looking at all the cute items and unique products throughout the store. There were so many interesting snacks, household items, and little finds that made the experience enjoyable. It felt like there was always something new to discover, and I enjoyed browsing around
Okay, so the store itself was actually really nice! Super clean. The problem was the customer service, which was pretty disappointing. There were three girls working, and honestly, they seemed more interested in their own conversation than helping anyone. They gave us a quick "hi" when we walked in, but that was it. They were gossiping the whole time. I literally circled the store like three times trying to find something and finally had to ask for help. When I did, they all looked at each other like, "you do it." The girl who finally came over wasn't helpful at all. I asked about an item I knew they carried (because I just broke one I bought at another Miniso!), and she took one quick peek and just said, "Oh, we don't carry those." Then she immediately went back to the gossip session with the others. Same thing happened to several other people who walked in—they got the perfunctory "hi" and then zero attention. Love the products, but the staff here really needs to focus on the customers.it kind of ruined the trip.
The first location I’ve ever visited! I fell in love with the store instantly and bought so many things. There were alot of people shopping at once, but the young man working the register was very soft spoken and patient. He was very informative and polite when we made our purchase.
MINISO THANK YOU FOR BRINGING BACK CHIIKAWA!!! I bought so many things recently my pockets are crying.. I went on 11/10/2025 @ 4:00 PM and the cashier was so helpful with a return. At this location I found the vinyl plushies and blind boxes. Thank you so much! Miniso oh Miniso. You have what I need!!!!! (Chiikawa Merch) Please add more Chiikawa merch expecially Hachiware! I am begging you! I already have all the Hachiware merch in your store. I go here constantly and the staff is always so nice. I was here today (04/15/20255 @ 5:00 PM), the cashier was so sweet and attentive. Please feed my hachiware addiction..
