The location states opening at 10am in Google and there’s a sign at the door says at 11am for Sunday . Very frustrating to arrive and it’s close due to someone’s lack of updating store ours on website. During that time another customer was there also trying to visit the store location.
Store was nice and fully stocked but employee working there was unpleasant. I went on 7/23/26 at around 12pm. Older lady that didn’t seem to have customer service skills.
Bad experience with an older lady that works there, I believe she is the supervisor. If you can avoid this location do so! NASTY And RUDE behavior from her. She needs to be trained in customer service skills because it is very apparent she lacks. She was easily triggered by me and my daughter looking at the shirt section and unfolding to look at the condition and quality before purchasing. We weren't being disorderly and it didnt warrant from her to hover over us for who knows how long! She was standing next to us just staring at us! I thought it was a customer looking at the socks 😆 but then suddenly huffed at us to not unfold shirts! I turned around and saw her unfriendly face and I realized she was a worker! She was being so extra and im sorry if I wasnt folding the shirts back to your standards but I was putting them back the way I fold them. Maybe I should go apply at your store so I can learn the supervisor folding skills and maybe I can help you with your customer service skills
My daughter was so excited to go the new miniso on Fairmont. So we went today, everything was fine till I got to the register. I spend 50 dollars on my merchandise which my daughter and I were happy about. The cashier was nice and friendly …
Pretty store. But I went today and the girl didn’t put my lip pencil in the bag! And I don’t live close by nor the store has a number where I can call. So upsetting!
