Miniso is such a good place to shop! The store is very clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I love their wide selection of cute and affordable items. Everything is displayed neatly, which makes browsing a really pleasant experience. The products are stylish, functional, and reasonably priced. The overall vibe is calm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I've been twice now and they definitely cleaned up recently. It's fully stocked and more organized. Sadly, when I went again there was a sticky area as someone dropped a drink and they haven't fully cleaned it. It was difficult pursuing the popular sanrio area. But the brand itself sells a lot of cute stuff so. It's great for holiday shopping right now.
I just want to remind everyone to always check your receipts carefully. My daughters picked out four toys today — two of which were supposed to be on clearance. But when I about to pay I noticed I had been charged full price. I pointed it out to the cashier and mentioned that one of the toys should have been the clearance price of $5.00. However, she told me the price label wasn’t correct even I showed her the label price on the shelf as attached picture and said she couldn’t adjust the price. This actually happened to us before, but last time I didn’t notice until we got home, so there was nothing we could do about it. It’s really disappointing. And I feel like they are doing this intentionally . I can’t help but feel like this might be happening to other customers who don’t notice the price differences right away.

This review is going up a few weeks late, but my husband and I had a great experience at this location. We were walking around the mall doing our little "freebie" run for our birthdays, and the girls here, Taniya Moore and Mie, were SO wonderful to us. The store was busy, but they took their time to help us find the blind boxes we were looking for and shared our joy when we checked out and got the options we were hoping for!
