Sign in to reviewMiniso is a really cool store that carries items not found elsewhere. They carry popular brands but with product that are not sold elsewhere. This Miniso is super clean and organized. There's so much visual overload that you should walk each aisle a couple of times.
Be aware that this location will flat out refuse to sell you a product if it will not scan at their register even if they have multiples of the product on the sales floor. EXTREMELY unprofessional staff. Would avoid unless you want to take a risk that you cannot even buy what you pick out.
I'm here for the experience! Customer service was incredible. Jada and Daniela were awesome! Patoent and professional Friendly They were helpful and help me find the items I needed. First time in the store and I found what I needed. Thank you for all you do!
I always like Asian places
Terrible staff and customer staff. Went just Saturday 3 days ago in the afternoon, and the cashier was impolite and unwelcoming. She was tapping her fingers at us, sighing, rude, not giving us a bag, and everything. Big yikes, I work in customer service and would give grace but this was just bad.
