Sign in to reviewI just left the store less than 20 mins ago, there was an african american sales associate who checked me out. i purchased some earbuds and right as soon as i left i realized the packaging was the wrong headphone jack and i go back in and politely ask if it was possible to return/exchange and she barely turned her back just to say no. i looked at the receipt and it said within 7 days at the same store i am allowed to return. she didn’t evaluate the product, didn’t ask what was wrong just looked as if im inconveniencing her for doing her job and told me they cant sale it if its open. didn’t say it on the receipt either. i didnt open the headphones i read the packaging and realized it was the wrong one. i work in retail and know the correct way to accompany customers and give customer service. please get better employees or train them before hiring. i don’t need the refund i just simply would like to be respected.
My kids love Miniso and will make a beeline to the store as soon as they see the famous red square (sometimes mistaken by the Uniqlo one). …
A great location! Samantha is one of the best employees! She’s so sweet and patient. I was having trouble with my coupon and she took the time to read the small print. Her personality is contagious and her energy is so welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store.
Very organized, clean, and have very cute/interesting stuff! They have Disney, we bear bears, and SANRIO! Sanrio sells out quick so buy what you can before they’re gone!
I always liked these when I went to Asia, and I like the melon too tho.
