Front office manager is absolutely the best there is. He’s so well organized and friendly and helpful. Loved the dentist I saw today. He was very intentional about listening. The dental assistant was also welcoming and thoughtful with her skill set. Love the dental hygienist- she is gentle yet thorough (the master combination)
Came in with my daughter for her cleaning and though I am always ready to go wherever I am, lol!! They crossed every t and dotted every i. Great team. Everyone was nice. I will be back for her fillings as well as my own dental work. Definitely recommend them. Thank you MINT!
Mint has declined and the service is awful. I had a cleaning on 9/3 and the person performing my X-ray was very unprofessional and unsanitary. While taking my X-ray, she would set the apparatus in my mouth face down on the chair and when I called her out she copped an attitude. I proceeded to walk out and filed a complaint to the manager at the front desk, who seemed disinterested in my concerns and defended the action of the tech. I recommend you save yourself a headache and go to different dentist office vs one that seems more focused on fancy radio commercial and billboards. I have been a mint customer for over 7 years but today was my last time using their services. Ideal dental, here I come.
I just had my cleaning and left feeling minty fresh! Perfect teeth, no issues is a plus! I love Mint Dentistry. What I love is all the luxuries and freebies. They have a massage and warming seat, music of my choice, and a blanket.
Another outstanding experience with Mint Dentistry Frisco! From the moment I walk in until the door closes behind me everything is a 10. Lindsey once again did a fabulous job on my chompers.
